Calling Auto Attendent From Teams Shwos Reasource Account name - Need To change It

Hi all.

 

I have set up teams calling and added a number to my resource account which is called RA_AA_XXX and when i call the number it shows up as RA_AA_XXX.

What I would like to do is when calling the number through teams I would like it to show "The Office Name"

 

I have changed the display name for the resource account in 365 but i still get the RA_AA_XXX

 

Any ideas or pointers for this?

    The name tends to get cached per user for some time, try as a different user see if the Display Name is now shown.
