Changing Notification Settings for all users on a Team
Is there a way to change the notification settings for everyone that is part of a Team Channel? In other words... we have a channel in our Teams chat that we want everyone to receive notifications fo...
No, only the users themselves can modify their notification settings, you cannot control this on their behalf.
That is disappointing. Might seem like a small thing but adds a a lot of friction on adoption

DMinhas_MhealthI've just abandoned the idea of using Teams to communicate information to people we choose. I just e-mail them now, which is a sad workaround.
- We're in the middle of going the other way round and i now have to inform hundreds of non technical people to change a toggle. If all of them take on avg 4 mins reading and doing the thing, that's multiple days of productivity lost. I'm amazed as how this is a known concern since *2019*
