External contacts unable to join Teams calls
Hello
Please i need your help on this issue.
One of my customer is experiencing an issue where external meeting invitees are unable to join Teams calls using the link provided in the meeting invite.
The expectation is that the link should work seamlessly for both internal and external participants without the need to send a second link.
Hi, I will help you, but first, please follow these steps:
**Check Teams Settings in Microsoft 365 Admin Center:**
- Go to the **Microsoft 365 Admin Center**.
- Navigate to **Teams Admin Center** > **Users** > **Meeting Policies**.
- Ensure that:
- "Allow participants to join meetings without logging in" is enabled.
- External users are allowed to join meetings under the policy settings.
Let me know if you'd like further adjustments!
