Few Users not able to Chat during Teams Meeting
Hi All,
Recently we are noticing issues where in few of the participants in a TEAMS meeting are not able to chat in the meeting chat; but are able to do so from the MS Teams full window.
We don't have any restrictions for Message policy in Teams meeting.
We noticed that the users have to Sign out and sign in multiple time for the chat feature to work.
The issue is not happening in the Teams Web Client.
- Hi, I get the impression this has been working and is also a intermittent problem? Then it's best to open up a support ticket with Microsoft. There are some new implemented behaviors for chat access depending on how the participant was invited which could be part of this, but doesn't seem likely here. But attaching a links anyway.

We are not facing the issue as per the symptoms in the article. For the users its an intermittent issue and can happen during chat with anyone randomly.
And on some instance, I noticed that the same affected users, can chat after waiting for 2-3 minutes.I have raised a ticket with Microsoft and waiting for reply from the engineer.
