Grading tests with colors

Is it possible to grade assignments in Microsoft Team with colors instead of numbers?
For example:
Grade a assignment with a red color instead of a 20/100?

Do you mean within the Planner app or something else?Erwin Bierens Within Microsoft Office 365. It can be any app you like. But I would prefer Microsoft Teams.
I just don't know what is possible...
- This is not possible in Teams by design, the only thing you could do is to create a excel document in a Teams channel and pin the Excel file to the tab section.
Or just read you datafile and load a Power Bi tab to show everything.
