How to disable the 'Join' button for meetings
Is there a way to disable the JOIN button on a scheduled meeting? We would like to have the user enter the meeting ID and password in order to have an MTR joint he room.
Its for security purposes.

Why do you think that it is more secure. In either case, the connection is authenticated.
Just because you don't see the authentication doesn't mean it doesn't exist.
qureshiumar admins can set the room to require the Meeting ID and passcode when joining meetings in the room. Your users will still see the join button but they’ll be prompted for the meeting ID and passcode before joining.

qureshiumar it’ll be in the config for Teams Rooms in the Teams Admin Centre. It’s one of the config options there.
