The system needs vastly more options and a more granular ability to tweak the avatar looks - from skin colours to facial features and shapes. It's nearly impossible to make an avatar that genuinely looks like yourself that people would actually recognise as you.
More wardrobe options. And not just North American fashion or very specific international or cultural options. Hats, and flat caps. More eye glasses options.
