Meeting recording titles in scheduled channel meetings

The title of a meeting recording not always matches the subject of the scheduled meeting in a scheduled channel meeting. This happened in the Streams environment and now it also happens with the meeting recordings stored in Sharepoint. 

Sometimes the recording title is the same as the meeting subject. Other times the recording gets titled: "Meeting in [channelname]".  I'd prefer to always use the meeting subject as recording title.

Is it a bug or a feature?

I think it has to do with who logs in to the meeting first, the meeting organiser or someone else.
What would be the trick to always get the meeting subject as recording title?
