Multiple language detection for live events

As an inclusive NPO we have a high chance that any given meeting starts with an opening statement in another language and closes in the same way. We would like the ability to select multiple languages for live captioning or alternatively, as the most common non-english language spoken is Maori that a Maori caption option is added that perhaps is English(NZ) with more words so that we can select Maori and know that if we have a pepeha (introduction) from a participant that the captions will show for our hard-of-hearing staff.
