Notifications in Teams, some clarification?
Hello.
Me and my association have used Teams (free edition) for a few weeks now to collaborate in our work. But suddenly we recognized that the team members does not get all the notifications when someone is writing something in one of our channels. All thou if someone use mention or (at)Team/(at)Channel the team members tends to get a notification in alla cases.
Is this by design or not?
- They need to set notifications to ON on all channels they want it on! Click the ... next to the channel and choose channel messages - set it to ON and any setting you prefer here!
Also “showing” the channel will set notifications to on per default- Ok, forward this to my team members. Thx
- Btw, does this settings reflect on the mobile app aswell?
