Status does not update (New Teams)

VERY typical of Microsoft Support. My ticket has been escalated, but no response yet since there is a "work around." @andrea2020 have you gotten any updates from your ticket yet?

Darksabre No resolution on the ticket we logged either, just a lot of questions to which we've reiterated that it's affecting everyone and that it started and is affecting only the New Teams. Luckily for us we started deploying with only a pilot group and so is manageable. We're holding off on deploying it organisation-wide.

So I have some news. I had a call back from Microsoft support today as we had opened a ticket and also added a link here to the forum.
The agent told me that he has looked at it and he can confirm the problem and they are working on a fix for it.
I'll call him again on Monday, as I wasn't at the site at the time, to gather more information if necessary.As a temporary solution, he could only offer me to use the classic version until the problem is solved, if it is a function that we absolutely need.

thanks so much for sharing the update you received from MS MarkusM1610!! Will also share if we receive anything substantial. I do hope MS doesn’t push through with killing Classic Teams in June 2024 without resolving this first.

Hello everyone,
As promised, here is some feedback from Microsoft Support. Unfortunately, I was traveling externally and couldn't speak to the agent, so he sent me an email.I will post the text here. I will provide the information by e-mail tomorrow. The only thing is that reproducing the error in a video will probably not work. The error does not always occur.
Maybe someone can do the "Synchronization, Notification, Availability, and Automatic Replies" test with the Microsoft Analyser again. With two different accounts in different tenants, I always get an error at the last step in the calendar. Perhaps a possible cause.
So here the Message from Microsoft:
Hello Mr Markus,I apologize for calling you later than expected.I think you are no longer available.Related to the issue with Teams presence status,i can confirm that we are currently experiencing this issue with the New Teams client.However, there is no general incident created yet, if you want, we can create an internal incident and escalate the ticket.To do this, please provide us with the following :- Are all the mailboxes hosted in the Cloud or do you have a hybrid environment ?- Confirm New Teams is updated to the last version (screenshot)
- Do you have the same issue with Web version and Classical Teams App ?- While reproducing the issue, please capture a video recording with PowerPoint.- Send us the results of the Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer tests :+ Synchronization, Notification, Availability, and Automatic Replies+ Free/BusyYou can send us the files here : XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
