Status does not update (New Teams)
Hi, We've been testing the new Teams before we roll it out more widely. We have noticed that your status does not update consistently with the new Teams, as in, here is one scenario as an example ...

I am also having the same issue with my new Teams . My status is not updating properly , and i need to logout and login again to fix it . Is this something that get it be fixed soon from Microsoft . What might be the real cause . I have seen same issues with my colleagues too.
- Massi .Nov 28, 2023Copper ContributorHi there, been looking around to find an answer and I also wanted to add that this is affecting me even when using Teams on the Web.
I tried anyway login in different computers just to make sure was not a specifc computer causing this, I logged on a machine never userd earlier and then I tested today on the web while no app running on any computer and the same mechanism happens. So it's cloud based the issue not the program or apps. I use a work/school account within our company so far few users are affected but I have the feeling more people are and not telling us. - MarkusM1610Nov 22, 2023Brass ContributorWe spoke to Microsoft at the end of last week and they confirmed that they are working on the problem.
Our teams (New Teams) made an update shortly afterwards. (Version: 23285.3607.2525.937)
We actually wanted to collect diagnostic data this week and send it to Microsoft, but so far this week the problem has not occurred or has become significantly less frequent.
