Hi Kalyankrishna! You cannot synchronize the O365 calendar to MS Teams. If You have not yet read the article "A new way to check off your to-dos—Tasks in Teams are coming soon!" i recommend that You do so. Here you can read about the opportunities that now come with tasks from Planner and To Do and how they are presented and can be managed from within Teams.
If you need to automate task creation then there is not much standard functionality available today so I recommend you take a look at the possibilities with "Power Automate" and if you can possibly call the Graph API to create tasks in Planner based on another list or calendar.
