Teams CQD for Power BI (QER 4.9)

I downloaded and installed the latest version of PowerBI Desktop and then the latest version of this, and I'm unable to see any data at all, I get this error everywhere -
Has anyone got any clues? I'm new to the CQD.

Did you setup the Power BI connector file? It's basically putting the MicrosoftCallQuality.pqx file (included with the Teams CQD for Power BI Templates download) into the [Documents]\Power BI Desktop\Custom Connectors folder. Then restart Power BI and load the QER.
- There is a documentation file in the package for the templates. If I recall correctly, that's the only connector that needs to be deployed that way. Definitely read and follow all the steps for setup in the ReadMe documentation in the QER folder if this the first time using the report.
