Teams Polls - Where are the results (by name of respondent)?
I've created a Poll (via Forms) as a post in a channel for my Team. The card created for the poll states, "Results are visible to everyone; Names recorded", however, I cannot for the life of me figur...

I had also been looking all over for my poll/forms.
Found it here by clicking on 'All My Forms'

For anyone running into this recently, I tried going to forms.office.com and it didn't show the poll/form I'd created from Teams using the Polls app. On a whim, I created a new test form to see if I could create it from Forms and then post/share it in Teams.
Once I'd created it, I clicked the Forms link in the top left by the bento menu (or you could just visit forms.office.com again) and the page magically took on a whole different look, with Recent, My forms, Shared with me, and Favorites tabs. I *still* didn't see it, but it's because I hadn't opened it recently *in Forms*, and the default tab was Recent. On another whim I happened to click the My forms tab, and behold! the test form showed up *and so did the poll I'd created in Teams!* From there on out, I could access results as described in other answers to this question.
Dear Microsoft, please dogfood your functionality. This is as intuitive as locating plans in a darkened cellar in the bottom of a locked filing cabinet stuck in a disused lavatory with a sign on the door saying ‘Beware of the Leopard’. Even a simple tooltip in the Teams Polls app with text of "Results available in Microsoft Forms" would go miles. And preventing seeing a poll form if it's the only form a user has until they create at least one form from Forms itself is just eyewatering. Don't... don't do that.
