We noticed this issue about "Record names" setting not taking effect for Teams/Outlook Polls. We have fixed it. Please try it again. Thanks all.

The issues is not resolved.
I can only see some of the names in the Poll.
Which means I have the correct rights. Why is the poll not recording all the names?
The most cryptic part is that it shows names in my organization and out of my organization. Why?

When I review the poll it only shows some of the names. There rest are entries showing anonymous. From the names I can see it includes a mix of people within my organization and some from external meeting invitees. I hope this is clearer.

Is this for Outlook Poll or both Outlook and teams poll? If this is for Teams Poll, can you describe a little more details of repro?- Daniela_rrMar 15, 2024Copper Contributor
Yao Ke Thank you for your message.
It was for the Poll Microsoft Teams. I was in a meeting with roughly 30 attendants (some in my institution and some outside my institution). I created a poll, selected the option to record the names. When I review the results only some names were recorded. Many entries read as anonymous. The names recorded included some form my organization and some from outside my organization.
And an update, I used the poll today again and I cannot retrieve the results. When I try to open the poll tab I get the following screen.
It was working fine a month ago.
