Teams Tab is not able to load in Teams Desktop Application using Microsoft Teams Toolkit
Please tell any solution , so that my application can be visible in Desktop Team Application

Based on your screenshots it looks like you have built the application using App Studio in Teams. If this is the case, please note that the "Personal Tab" feature in App Studio only supports SharePoint sites. Reference below:

adilyoosuf actually i have made the application using Microsoft Teams Toolkit using VS code
- It is all about SSO. You need to make sure that single sign on is properly configured in the Toolkit / app part and you define it properly in Teams app manifest (or in App Studio).
