Microsoftjhuylebroeck - When you set up a channel meeting, the only people who will receive an Outlook invite are those you put in the 'to' line. It sounds like you might be putting a distribution list (group email) that includes accounts that are not set up to receive emails.
It sounds like you might need to allow your DL to receive emails.
Maybe you could clarify who you are adding on the 'to' line.
