Unread chat in teams first
Good day All,
Our company just moved to Teams and we have a few groups in Teams (Channels) and we miss messages due to Teams does not allow Unread messages from channesl first, How could i change that when a message comes it goes to the top? It does this in the normal chat but not in the Teams Channels?
Please advise.
That link is from 2023 and doesn't work. Also, there isn't any new functionality like this I can find. Please let us know if it's possible to turn this on.
ChristianJBergstrom- it looks like this link isn't working, but I very interested in this enhancement to be able to sort unread messages on top. When you filter on unread messages it automatically reads the first one and you have to then mark unread if you are not ready to respond. I would love to keep the unread ones on top as like a primary sort and secondary sort be the most recent on top. I like to be able to click into other recent threads and have visibility to those, but I want to keep the unread ones top of mind. I get hundreds a chats a day and the unread ones get buried and when I remember to filter for unread every once in a while I will realize I probably should have responded to one of those sooner, but because they were not visible I wasn't thinking about.
