MS Teams app error: Assignments not opening
Assignments open without error from the Assignments tab, it just doesn't open from the notifications tab. The iPads in question are 7th Generation iPads running on iOS 14.5.1. The errors only start happening when the iPads updated to iOS 14.5.1. Anyone else having this issue? Thanks!
- I am having this problem, too.
Some students using iPads cannot open up Teams assignments. krineerA significant number of reports of this issue in our tenant from students and teachers. As you identified, the only consistent access to the assignment details seems to be through the 'Assignments' tab of the 'General' channel. I have posted a 'Bug Report' on the Microsoft Teams Uservoice should you want to upvote it or add your own comment.
- millerblair I did put in a support ticket to Microsoft yesterday, and spoke with them on the phone. They are fully aware of this issue. The engineer I spoke with said its a back end issue that they are working on. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.
- Yes am also facing the same problem on my ipad n iPhone with 14.6... can someone help?
