Screen sharing delay

Hi,

I am giving online courses using Microsoft Teams. I always have the problem that my voice and screen sharing activity are not syncronized. There is always a delay between voice and screen activity.

Another problem, some of my students are raising hands for questions and I was not able to see their hand raising until they actually speak.
