New Teams Client is crashing when Jabra Evolve 75 Headset is muted by putting the microphone up
We have a strange issue with the new Teams client. When the Mic is put up, the headset is actually muting Teams. However, with the new Teams client, if the headset is put Teams crashes sometimes...
Just tested on my Jabra Speak2 75 nwith the 380 USB dongle. Work like a charm on the new Teams client. Did not crash.
The speak has firmware 1.2.3 and the 380 has 1.16.0.
I'm running the Teams version: Microsoft Teams version 24033.803.2689.2248.
My computer is Surface PRO 7 running Windows 11 (23H2 build: 22635.3130
