Odd Powershell Errors when Adding / Removing Server Roles

Good afternoon!

 

On a Windows 2019 Server, we needed to add the Active Directory Certificate Services role.

 

However, during the Post-Deployment Configuration it fails with the error:

The term 'Get-_InternalAdcsConfigurationState' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function.script file, or operable program.

 

We attempted to remove the role so as to start over, but it fails with the same error.

 

At first I thought it was specific to the Server Manager app.

 

However we have found the same expression "The term xxxx is not recognized as the name...." when attempting to perform other PowerShell Active Directory commands.

 

Has anyone else experienced this?
