Outlook is working fine after updating MacOS to v15.1 and outlook to v16.91. Thanks for all your suggestions.
I have the same issue, since I upgraded to Sequoia 15.0, all the office applications are not working. Power Point, Word, Excel all of them are crashing. Fortunately only outlook is functioning. I have tried to look for updates from MS to fix it but havent found any solution so far.
