Outlook Mobile Features

Hello everyone.

My firm has recently moved from Blackberry Work to Outlook Mobile with Intune for our mobile email solution (yes we are using the other features of Intune as well).

I cannot seem to find anything about two features that a couple of partners have asked about.

  1. Blackberry Work had the ability to click on an email and create a calendar entry from it with the body of the email in the calendar info and any attachments would get automatically attached to the calendar entry. Is there a way to do this in Outlook Mobile? On the desktop there is a QuickPart that you can add to your menus to do it but I don't see anything on the Mobile app.
  2. On the desktop app you can hit Send and File for an email which sends the email and then lets you file the email to a folder. Is there a way to do this on the mobile app? I've looked and cannot find anything?
  3. Is there a way to BCC yourself automatically on all emails sent from the Outlook Mobile app?

If these features do not exist... Microsoft you should add them. The mobile app is so similar to the desktop app, I am surprised that there are things that are missing from the mobile app (like the Notes in Outlook desktop). So weird. Also, why doesn't Outlook automatically populate your mobile app with the desktop signatures? Seems an easy thing to do.

Regards,

-Frank
