Rule to only show 3rd email received with same subject
When a report fails, I receive an email notifying me that it failed. The reports will retry twice so I then receive a second and third email. The report doesn’t fully fail until the third email which...
The built-in rules cannot cover such scenario, you have to look for an add-in. Though it's probably best to address this at the source, and have the notification sent only on the final failure.

Thank you for the response. I started with attempting to address this at the source but unfortunately that isn’t an option either.
