stop out of office replies
every time i email someone out of office, it replies back with out of office ...my old company it only did that once
how to prevent this ?
You likely have an Inbox rule (Outlook rule) configured, you will have to locate and disable it. Using Outlook rules allows you to configure OOO replies on each message received, whereas using the "standard" OOO feature indeed does send only a single instance per recipient.
