New MCPP Subscription in Azure

In our case, we have 3 subscriptions.
1. The MCPP where the invoice for the yearly program costs is attached, so I suppose it's needed to renew it every year
2. The original MPN one where we have our platform (Azure infrastructure) where the 100 USD credit is tied (MS-AZR-0025P)
3. Another "Microsoft Partner Network" where the credit is also tied (MS-AZR-0025P), but no resources are assigned
We're tempted to remove the last one, but we don't know if it will have any impact on the running resources. So we leave it there. Maybe we should rename it to "Useless".
