Account verification
Hi
I applied for a partner last week.
but I received the following message and was rejected.
'Hello, Please provide additional documentation dated within the past 12 months to verify your domain information. Examples of verification documents are as follows: Domain registration/invoice or renewal that lists entity/username and domain as they are stated in your Profile. Thank you.'
Accordingly, I submitted my domain registration card, but I received the same rejection.
How can we solve this problem?
- NimtechCopper ContributorHi,
I managed to finish by sending the following documents:
- Payment invoice for my professional domain
- Last payment invoice for Google Workspace, which I use as an email provider for my domain. This proves that the domain used can send and receive emails.
I'm not sure if your Microsoft account needs to be the same as the one used in the primary global contact. Mine isn't.- NimtechCopper Contributor
Update about it.
Reccently we had to provide our D-U-N-S number and this headake start over again. Even providing the same documentation, we cannot get the employment verifification approved. We are stucked on this for about two weeks now.

Bruce_KANG I'm sorry you are having troubles here. Is your registered partner account matching your registered domain name exactly? That could be the issue. I don't have access to their systems as I am not support, so I can't see why you are getting rejected.

I'm actually having the same issue but I get an email from support that says
I am afraid that the provided document does not list the domain that appears on your Profile.
Entity//Domain on the account - ITTechSTL.com // wcsas.com
Entity//Domain on the document - ittechstl // ittechstl.com
If additional documentation containing this info is not available. Please update your Profile to match the documents already provided.
- Domain registration / Domain invoice at registration or renewal, which contains expiry date, that lists Entity/Username and domain as it is stated on your account.
- An electronic domain invoice of the domain registration that lists Entity/Username and domain as it is stated on the account.
But i dont get what he is asking for ? Do you have any ideas?

ITTECHSTL I think they need you to update your account name registered on your partner account to match what your domain paperwork says EXACTLY. It looks like you have your registered webpage set as "wcsas.com" and not "ittechstl.com" as stated on your domain document. Therefore they cannot verify your business.
I found this info to help you update your registered partner account in partner center:

I hope that helps!
