Identity verification rejection -- now locked out
We have been locked out from being able to have our identity verified after multiple attempts to get verified. The option to appeal is no longer an option as the "Fix now" button has disappeared. We ...
We have the same problem. No one on support wants to help us get verified. All they know to do is send canned responses.
I genuinely have an issue. I didn't even get the start email verification. Once I signed up, I was immediately blocked.
Please help!
