Jan 12, 2024One possible solution another Partner reported was to remove the punctuation when submitting. Don't include commas, periods, and dashes and see if it works.

aka.ms/asfp- FormstackAmarFeb 01, 2024Copper ContributorThanks Asher, someone sent me a note a few weeks ago but nothing since. If its a simple matter of account recovery, I would have hoped it wouldn't take weeks just got get access back to log in to a portal.
- FormstackAmarJan 16, 2024Copper ContributorHi Asher I tried this, it still just blanks out all the fields, and I get the spinning animation for 1s with nothing happening, like others below me.
I also tried the other user's method of removing the comma and going back, however my org does not have MS365.
I haven't heard from support yet, this is definitely a frustrating issue that for some reason anyone with a comma in their org name is having!- FormstackAmarJan 23, 2024Copper ContributorHi Asher, I am still waiting for some support.
- AdamTechOpsJan 12, 2024Copper ContributorHi I'd like to report the exact same issue, and I agree it's likely related to a comma in our official business name, but removing the comma does not work. The website will allow submission once we remove the comma, but the submission doesn't go anywhere. I get a spinning animation for ~1s and then nothing happens. There are error 400's reported in the website console a while after submission as well.
- sandeepkhannaJan 15, 2024Copper ContributorI am having this same issue. I corrected the 'Company Name' by removing the comma before LLC and even tested with Pasting the DBA name. In both cases, the company name field becomes read-only.
With no other visible errors, the application does not proceed after clicking 'Accept and Continue'
And, like many others, unable to create any kind of support tickets with Microsoft since there is no subscribed Program/Workspace!- jaymcfarlandJan 15, 2024Copper ContributorWhat I did to solve the issue was after I removed the comma, and the field became read-only I clicked the back button and selected the option "I don't have a DUNNS number". I went into my Microsoft 365 account and copied the company name from there and pasted it in the partner portal form. The partner portal recognized the company name and allowed me to proceed.
