One possible solution another Partner reported was to remove the punctuation when submitting. Don't include commas, periods, and dashes and see if it works.

Hi Asher I tried this, it still just blanks out all the fields, and I get the spinning animation for 1s with nothing happening, like others below me.

I also tried the other user's method of removing the comma and going back, however my org does not have MS365.

I haven't heard from support yet, this is definitely a frustrating issue that for some reason anyone with a comma in their org name is having!
