The case was opened and it is assigned to an engineer. You should add a note to the case that you are requesting an update and escalation. As the case is open and with an account recovery technician, you should work through the case with the technician moving forward.
Additionally, I opened an internal escalation case and will work to escalate further through this channel.

My legal company name contains a comma, so the DUNS check works, but fills in the field with the name and then it complains its not a valid name. There is no way to submit any support ticket because we do not have a Workspace and workspace is required for ticket submission. How can we get support on this?
