cannot create Project Roadmap
We have one user, he is trying to create roadmap using his own created projects. When he tries to connect to his created projects he gets error "Invalid connection". When he try to force sign in for the connection, he get "create and authorize OAuth connection failed"
He is on Project Plan 3 with E5 ....still getting error. please help.
- we tried on different browser, on Chrome and it worked without any issue
Still seems to be an issue. error message is - Key 'Token' not found in connection profile.

No one is responding to your question, which probably means that we have no idea why the user is having authentication problems. Given that fact, I would recommend you open a support ticket with Microsoft Support to see if they can help you to resolve this issue. Sorry, but hope this helps.
