As I stated in my previous post, Microsoft Project can only connect to Planner when used with either Project Online or Project Server. There is functionally no difference between the 2019 and 2021 versions. This is because Microsoft spent all of the their development money on Project for the Web, which is a low-end project management tool for small and simple projects. Microsoft DID announce recently that later this year, Project for the Web will be merged into the Planner app. Hope this helps.

Dale,
When I print my monthly report for the sponsor under the "Project Overview" or "Upcoming Tasks" sections, the report shows only 75 rows. At the bottom of the report, it states: "Showing 75 of 120 rows. The project can only display 75 rows. Try using a filter to get better results." What is the reason for this restriction? If I remove the hierarchy, I can see additional tasks, but the hierarchy is important for understanding the overall project.
The reporting function is not working now- i would have attached the actual reporting.
Thanks
