Publishing updates in Sub Projects does not reflect it in the Master Project through EPM PWA

Thanks for the response. Even though your PMs have updated their projects using the PWA user interface, they will still need to open their projects in Microsoft Project and then publish the latest changes. This will cause the master project to be updated. Hope this helps.

How can your project managers make updates in PWA if they do not have licenses?
-- We have licenses, but for e.g. for 500 CALs users we are using only 5 MS Project licenses. We are using an individual licenses for the MS Project Professional 2019.
They would need a Project Plan 3 license to open and edit the project in the Project Center in PWA, and they would need a Project Plan 1 license to apply task updates using the Tasks page in PWA.
-- We are not using the cloud version of the EPM/PWA. We are using the on-premises version of the EPM/PWA. So I am trying to make sense in what do you mean by Project Plan 3/Project Plan1?
And if they are updating tasks on the Tasks page in PWA, someone will need to approve those tasks updates so that they are pushed into the respective project(s).
-- The Project Managers publish the project through Project Summary and the updates/changes in the Schedule also gets updated through the web browser of EPM/PWA. All of our Project Managers, edit the project using web browser of the PWA and publish it from there.
After approving those task updates, the approver must open the project(s) in Microsoft Project and then publish the latest changes to the project(s). Hope this helps.
-- We do not have any approver other than custom fields that we are using to convert a single line text to people picker. This script is from Microsoft. Moreover, the approvers are also the EPM/PWA (web browser) approvers, which approves the project processes which included all the PDPs including the Schedule PDP.
I hope I have replied to all your questions. Kindly let me know if I have missed anything.
Thank you
