For me, deleting the OneDrive cache solved this issue. The OneDrive cache is located here:
%localappdata%\Microsoft\Office\16.0\OfficeFileCache
You will need to close OneDrive before deleting the cache.
Starting OneDrive will automatically rebuild the cache.
