Rollout of Modern Pages to First Release Full Org
@davecohen Any update on progress of rolling out Modern Pages to FR Full org please? I've managed to sample via Select Users just keen to know current status. Thanks!
- We've rolled out to 10% of First Release tenants so far, and the plan is to go to 50% today. We're still doing some final analysis of the roll out data, and I'll update you all when we do expand the ring.

We're on early or first release and have yet to see Modern Pages. However, when I create a 'New Page' I see the modern pages and it creates a modern page. What happens or will happen to my existing pages? Will they be "converted"? Thank you in advance,

AFAIK classic pages will not be automatically converted into modern page. Currently when a site is created through the SPO administration page, the home page is created as classic page and no Office 365 groups are created. But when you create a site using SharePoint Home page, then modern home page and office group is created. This is something which can cause confusion and inconsistency. Hope this will be made consistent some time soon
I have noticed an issue that has started recently. The icon background color is different from the site color on the SharePoint dashboard. See pics

was that 50% for selective FR, or 50% for full tenant FR ?
- I've accessed the functionality by switching to selective FR temporarily and then switched back and lost it again, but your pages are still accessible once created but no editing.
- This is what I did 2 weeks ago!
