SharePoint Template loading endlessly after choosing Team or Communucation Site

I am new here. Before posting this issue here, I have searched this page to see if someone from the community experienced the same issue we have.

Since mid December 2023, we've been experiencing this issue with SharePoint, but MS Support is unable to identify the cause.

I'll just give you a high level overview. Users should be able to create their personal SharePoint site by going to the app launcher and clicking Sharepoint > Create site, and selecting either Team or Communication site. Then they must choose their SharePoint template and set it up according to their needs.

In the second week of December, a number of users notified us that they were having trouble creating a personal SharePoint because the template would not load up after choosing either Team or Communication site. The screenshots and our conversation with MS Support can be found below of this email.

While trying to troubleshoot, we logged in using different user accounts and different browsers, including Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and Brave. However, we experienced the same issue even after clearing the browser cache.

I got this errors using develop tools. Hope someone could point us on how to address?
