SPFx Application Customizer Sticky button

Question

Hello - I'm trying to mimic MS implementation for feedback button on SharePoint Admin portal. (please see below)

Is there any way to achieve this using spfx application customizer ? Thanks for your time !

Thanks,&nbsp;Alireza Rahimifarid. Sorry that's not what I'm looking for.&nbsp; We already removed Microsoft "Feedback" button. And now, we're planning to add a Custom button at the same spot as feedback button i.e. bottom-right. With footer application customizer, we get entire footer section but looking to add just button similar to feedback.&nbsp;
