Contacts aren't syncing with local server users

After logging in to skype for business there are no contacts showing in the contacts bar, its empty

i should sync and show all the contacts using skype for business on the local server and the specified domain, but its not, is there anything to do so theyll be previewed automatically after adding a user to the domain/local server?
