Response Group - Busy messages

Hi all,

I want to deploy Hunt Group or IVR, before that I've couple of questions:

• does SFB Server can identify that all agent are busy (cannot pickup) ?
• and because of point above, SFB will info music/message on hold "all agent are busy, please wait.."
