Skype account

Good morning,
For the past few days, I have been experiencing several difficulties on skype despite the fact that I am using the latest version of skype. Here they are:
- The messages I send on skype do not reach the recipients, they turn without ever arriving.
- When I put my status in active, a few seconds later it disconnects.
- I manage to call one person, but I cannot add more than one person in a call, but the messages do not go through.
- When I want to create a new skype account, I can't log in to do so.
Can you help me?
