Cutover migration issues for LYNC 2013 to SFBO?

Folks,

I`m working on migration of users from Lync2013 to SFBO.

Users dont want to move their LYNC contact list and LYNC Groups.

Thus, can enable as a greenfield in SFBO.

However, wondering if any specific issue with Cutover migration?
