If you are deploying them as shared devices linked to your Exchange calendars, you may want to consider removing the logout button from the home screen. You can do that by adding the following to your configuration file: feature.lync.hideSignInSignOut="1"
David Phillips thanks for that tip, I did update the config and removed the logout button. I can see how this can become an issue. Jimmy
