Skype For Business Mobility Problems

Hello

 

In SFB 2019 Server, we're implementing a fresh area in an ADDS environment and it works fine for desktop and laptop computers. But when it comes to Mobile Devices they cannot connect and they're getting there is no such network error !! which is really wondering! I red in every forum and in technet that I have to setup Reverse Proxy or Edge Servers, I did it! and again the same problem!

Really I want to ask SFB 2019 engineers! what's wrong whith this technology ? How can I fix mobility problem ? It is like 1 month all night I'm working on it but nothing happens!

    Have you checked logs on Sfb servers? Are these mobile clients able to reach the servers? Have you tried with internal network? Please share more info...
