Can't ask how to connect to Planner

Error : Integration error: Authentication failed due to invalid credentials. Please check the connection details

      I had the same problem until I went to the Viva Goals Admin Portal and reauthenticated the connection.

    Hey TEERADACK You can also ask your admin to create a new connection from Admin dashboard and try connecting using the new connection.

    Hello TEERADACK for errors like this I would recommend reaching out to your Admin and share the details of the issue you are facing. They can raise it to us via MAC portal.
