Is the "Share" option only available when an OKR is set to "Anybody can view and align"?

- Yes, the share option is not available when OKRs or Projects have restricted the visibility into their OKRs or Projects to selected people. When the permissions on an OKR or Project are set to 'Only selected people can view and align', the OKRs or Projects are only visible to the users who have the appropriate access.
For the above use case, managers could open a detailed view of the OKR or Project that they want to share, copy the URL and share that URL in Teams. In this way, the permissions on that OKR or Project would also be honored and only the users who have access to the OKRs or Projects would be able to view the content.
