At this point, those are the only options in that particular section. I'm not aware of any true options for changing the contents or design of the OKR digest. Here's a KB article on this topic that might help.

Thanks for your answer. We might look into another option, for example using the export function to PowerPoint and put that in a mail with a script or something like that.
