The benefits of OKRs and using Viva Goals

Love how you tracked and articulated both the employee experience/sentiment benefits and the hours saved / "hard benefits" - really captures to me the magic of using a strong, centralized goal setting approach... everyone is happier, more engaged, and ultimately more efficient when they have that clarity about what to focus on!

For my team, I definitely see a lot of similarity in what we get out of Viva Goals... clarity for ourselves, partnership & scaling our impact via alignment with our peer teams, and the defensibility of our time to 'say no' to things that aren't related to our core goals.
